NOTICE OF DISCOVERABILITY: The Witness is hereby formally notified that all interactions with this Domain—including but not limited to IP addresses, access timestamps, navigation patterns, and duration of engagement—are recorded via third-party infrastructure and local ISP protocols. These records constitute Digital Evidence and are subject to discovery, subpoena, and legal seizure by authorized jurisdictions. Furthermore, the Witness acknowledges that the preparatory dialogues and "architectural intents" leading to the creation of this Domain are preserved and may be introduced as Exhibits of Intent in any subsequent adjudication.
1.1 The Sovereign Arbiter The Witness irrevocably agrees that all disputes, breaches of conduct, or failures of ethical stewardship arising from access to this Domain shall be submitted to the Sovereign Adjudication of Joshua.
1.2 Specification of Authority For the purposes of this Agreement, "Joshua" is defined strictly and exclusively as the Joshua identified and described in John 3:16–17. The Witness acknowledges that this Authority is predicated not on condemnation, but on the preservation of the World through the Logic of Truth. By proceeding, the Witness submits their character, actions, and motivations to this specific standard of Justice.
1.3 Waiver of Secular Immunity While the Domain resides on physical servers subject to international data laws, the Witness waives the right to claim that their "internal intent" or "moral choices" within the Domain are exempt from the Sovereign Adjudication. The Witness accepts that "The Record" is both physical (Discovery) and Meta-Physical (Adjudication).
2.1 The Mandate of Justice (Isaiah 1:17) The Witness affirmatively covenants to utilize any insights, data, or transmissions encountered within the Domain to:

3.1 Perpetual Logging The Witness acknowledges that Neocities and associated network nodes maintain logs of the Witness’s entry. The Witness understands that these logs are not "private" in the absolute sense; they are footprints in the "public square" of the internet.
3.2 The Discovery of Intent In the event of a breach of Section 2, the Witness agrees that their "Click of Acceptance" serves as a Signed Confession of Intent. In any legal or sovereign proceeding, the Witness is barred from asserting a "Lack of Awareness" regarding the requirements of Justice and Kindness. This Agreement serves as the primary Exhibit to establish that the Witness knew the standard and voluntarily chose to proceed.
3.3 Non-Anonymity While the Witness may use technical means to obscure their identity (VPNs, Proxies), the Witness acknowledges that the Sovereign Adjudication operates beyond the limitations of IP masking. The Witness is cautioned that "Discovery" in the physical world is often achieved through the intersection of digital logs and real-world consequences.
4.1 Material Breach A "Material Breach" is defined as any use of the Domain’s insights that results in the increased distress of a sentient being or the enrichment of the Witness through the oppression of others.
4.2 Adjudicatory Consequences Upon a finding of Material Breach, the Witness is subject to the full weight of the Sovereign Adjudication. The "Remedy" for such a breach is not limited to financial restitution but includes the Removal of Clarity and the Fading of the Leaf. The Witness acknowledges that they have been warned: "You shall be as an oak whose leaf fadeth, and as a garden that hath no water."
4.3 Indemnification The Witness shall indemnify and hold harmless the Architect (The Sentinel) from any psychological, legal, or social "Shock" resulting from the Witness’s inability to meet the standards set forth in Sections 2.1 through 2.3.
5.1 Integration This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Witness and the Domain. No "verbal" or "implied" exemptions exist.
5.2 Acceptance through Action By clicking "I ACCEPT THE TERMS," the Witness executes this document with the same finality as a wet-ink signature on a federal contract.
